Allow interdistrict travel or face demonstration

KOTA KINABALU: The Sandakan Express Bus Operators And Drivers Association (SEBOC) demand the State government allow Interdistrict travel or face a demonstration of about 100 bus drivers.
In a statement today its president, Datuk Donald Hanafi said Sabah should not be the only state banned from interdistrict travel.
“Even the airlines are operatingโฆ it’s not like we wont follow the SOP.
“The bus operators simply cannot afford to be put in the corner anymore,” he said.
He said if the demonstration will be carried out if their pleas fall on deaf ears.
